A modular living wall system comprising one or more planter trays, (1a, lb, 1c, 1d, 1e) each tray comprising a lid for a planter bin (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e) for containing a growing medium and water, the tray having a generally planar front face having one or more apertures (8a, 8b, 6c, 6d, 8e) for receiving plants therein, the bin having a rear face adapted to be fitted, directly or indirectly, against a wall surface (3), the rear face of the bin being inclined relative to the front face of the tray such that when mounted to a wall the front face is inclined upwardly relative to the wall, the inside of the bin thereby providing a reservoir for storing water and plant growing medium whilst permitting plant material to grow outwardly and upwardly from the bin out of the apertures in the or each tray.La présente invention concerne un système de paroi vivante modulaire comprenant un ou plusieurs plateaux de semis, (1a, lb, 1c, 1d, 1e) chaque plateau comprenant un couvercle pour un bac de semis (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e) pour contenir un milieu de croissance et de leau, le plateau ayant une face avant généralement plane ayant une ou plusieurs ouvertures (8a, 8b, 6c, 6d, 8e) pour recevoir des plantes dans celui-ci, le bac ayant une face arrière adaptée pour être installée, directement ou indirectement, contre une surface de paroi (3), la face arrière du bac étant inclinée par rapport à la face avant du plateau de sorte que lorsquil est monté sur une paroi, la face avant est inclinée vers le haut par rapport à la paroi, lintérieur du bac formant ainsi un réservoir pour stocker de leau du milieu de croissance de plante tout en permettant quun matériau végétal croisse vers lextérieur et vers le haut depuis le bac hors des ouvertures dans le ou chaque plateau.
