PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable liquid formulations containing an antibody that specifically binds to human interleukin-4 receptor α (hIL-4Rα) useful in treatment or prevention of atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma etc., as well as prefilled syringes containing the liquid formulations.SOLUTION: The liquid formulation of the invention comprises: (a) an antibody that specifically binds to human interleukin-4 receptor α (hIL-4Rα) and comprises a heavy chain variable region (HCVR) comprising an amino acid sequence of specified SEQ ID NO, and a light chain variable region (LCVR) comprising an amino acid sequence of specified SEQ ID NO or antigenic fragment thereof； (b) acetic acid salt at a concentration of 10-15 mM； (c) histidine at a concentration of 15-25 mM； (d) sucrose at a concentration of 2.5-10 (w/v)%； (d) polysorbate at a concentration of 0.1-0.3%(w/v)； and (f) arginine at a concentration of 20-100 mM, of which pH is 5.6-6.2.
