In particular, disclosed herein is an implantabledrug delivery device comprising an inner core comprisingone or more active pharmaceutical ingredients distributed throughout a firstwater-insoluble polymer； an intermediate coating positionedaround the inner core, said intermediate coating comprising an acrylatepolymer； and an outer coating positioned around the intermediatecoating, said outer coating comprising a second water-insoluble polymer；wherein the acrylate polymer is formed from one or moremonomers of formula (I).
