The pharmaceutical composition includes (a) hyaluronic acid or its derivation, (b) an effective amount of an active ingredient； and optionally (c) pharmaceutically acceptable carriers and/or excipients. In one embodiment, the active ingredient includes vitamin. In another embodiment, the active ingredient includes acexamic acid. In still another embodiment, the pharmaceutical composition can further comprise sorbic acid.
