PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-absorbent pad which can cope with urine leakage and can be easily attached and fixed while wearing pants. A water-absorbent pad 1 includes a front surface 11 that contacts the inner surface of pants, a back surface opposite to the front surface 11, a pad portion 2 that absorbs moisture from the back surface side, and a bag into which human hands can be inserted. A part 3 is provided. Further, the water-absorbent pad 1 has a pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 attached or applied along the vertical direction in a state where the water-absorbent pad 1 is attached to the pants on the surface 11, and a cover member 5 for covering the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4.
