PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of unglazed particles having an open-porous outer shell part in which a functional material can be efficiently sealed and which can float on a water surface or in water or can be spread in a state of sedimentation on the bottom of a water tank.SOLUTION: The particles 1 for leaching out drug effect are the unglazed particles each having an appropriate three-dimensional shape having a hollow part 3 provided in the shape and an open-porous outer shell part containing countless fine pores of nano size in part or all of the outer shell part. The hollow part 3 is filled with a functional drug 4 from an injection hole 30 located in an appropriate place of the outer shell part. The functional drug 4 can release a desired active component into a liquid 8 in which the particles are immersed and/or into a predetermined gas through the countless fine pores in the outer shell part.
