The present disclosure relates to multi-specific molecules which are capable of simultaneously binding at least two different target antigens or epitopes. The molecules comprise at least one binding domain molecule (BDM) which binds to a first target antigen or epitope, the BDM being modified for selective binding to a heterologous target, coupled to a pharmacologically active protein or peptide which is an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof or a non-antibody protein or peptide which binds to a second target antigen or epitope, the BDMs being coupled to a C-terminus of a polypeptide present within the pharmacologically active protein or peptide.La présente invention concerne des molécules multi-spécifiques qui sont capables de se lier simultanément à au moins deux antigènes ou épitopes cibles différents. Les molécules comprennent au moins une molécule de domaine de liaison (BDM) qui se lie à un premier antigène ou épitope cible, la BDM étant modifiée pour liaison sélective à une cible hétérologue, couplée à une protéine ou un peptide pharmacologiquement actif qui est un anticorps ou un fragment de liaison dantigène de celui-ci ou une protéine ou un peptide non-anticorps qui se lie à un deuxième antigène ou épitope cible, les BDM étant couplées à une extrémité C-terminale dun polypeptide présent dans la protéine ou le peptide pharmacologiquement actif.
