Provided is an employee health monitoring system that includes an employee workstation having an employee computer and health sensors to sense health conditions of an employee working at the employee computer and generate health data corresponding to the health conditions sensed, and a health monitoring server to collect the health data, generate, based on the health data collected, a health profile and a health plan for the employee, and present, to the employee, the health profile and the health plan for the employee.
