The present invention further relates to method for controlling undesirable weeds, comprising the application of the formulation of the present invention to the plants, thus providing a faster initial development of the crop, better production levels and an increase in harvest yield, besides a longer life of the sugar cane plantation.La presente invención se refiere a una formulación herbicida de doble modo de acción para controlar malezas en cultivo de caña de azúcar durante la temporada húmeda que comprende al menos un pesticida-herbicida seleccionado del grupo de triazolinonas y al menos un pesticida-herbicida seleccionado del grupo de urea. La presente invención se refiere además a métodos para controlar malezas indeseables, que comprende aplicar la formulación de la presente invención a plantas, proporcionando de esta forma un desarrollo inicial más rápido del cultivo, proporcionando mayores niveles de producción e incrementando el rendimiento de cultivo, además de la longevidad de la plantación de caña de azúcar.
