PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in readability for comparison of medical reports at a time of creating the medical reports using the same format.SOLUTION: A medical report creation apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: report storage means； image storage means； medical report creation means； comparison means； and change processing means. The report storage means stores a medical report containing a medical image. The image storage means stores the medical image. The medical report creation means creates the medical report by performing processing for pasting the medical image on a predetermined format in response to user's operation. The comparison means compares the medical report created by the medical report creation means with the past medical report in the placement of the medical image. The change processing means performs processing relating to change in the placement of the medical image on the basis of a result of the comparison.
