The present invention relates to a stethoscope head and a stethoscope including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the stethoscope head comprises: an auscultation sound receiving unit； a supporting unit which supports the auscultation sound receiving unit； and a moving unit which includes a light source irradiating the auscultation sound receiving unit with ultraviolet rays for sterilization, and can be moveable with respect to the auscultation sound receiving unit and the supporting unit in a first direction towards an object and a second direction which is an opposite direction from the first direction.
