PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greenhouse structure which allows inexpensive temperature adjustment in the greenhouse structure, and a temperature adjustment method therefor.SOLUTION: The greenhouse structure 10 includes an outer hull forming a space 2 inside, at least part of the outer hull being formed of a light-permeable outer circumferential material 1. A temperature adjustment member 5 is disposed in the space 2, the temperature adjustment member 5 includes a heat storage material layer 3 and a water-retaining material layer 4 laminated to contact with the heat storage material layer 3. When the space 2 is heated, and the temperature of the space 2 is higher than the temperature of the heat storage material layer 3, the heat stored in the heat storage material layer 3 is released from the layer 3 to thereby heat the space 2, and when the space 2 is cooled, water is supplied to the water-retaining material layer 4 and the space 2 is cooled by vaporization of the water retained in the layer 4.
