PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a pickling stone has poor handleability because of being indivisible, and lacks in sanitation because of not being coated.SOLUTION: A pickling stone is allowed to have a dividable structure so as to be easily handleable. For example, when the shape is desired to remain as it is, in the case of, for example, a cucumber, only a half weight is used, and on the other hand, when desired to be contracted, in the case of, for example, a sliced cucumber, a weight is added in combination.
