PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of producing information subjected to the diagnosis of a stricture.SOLUTION: An extraction part 3 extracts first data showing the form of the heart from a plurality of respective volume data and further extracts second data showing the form of the hepatic artery through which a contrast medium flows. This extraction part 3 utilizes the second data to furthermore extract third data showing the form of the hepatic artery from a plurality of the respective volume data. An analyzing part 4 calculates the blood flow velocities of the respective regions of the hepatic artery on the basis of the pixel value of the hepatic artery in a plurality of the third data. A color mapping part 5 produces color volume data by allotting the colors corresponding to the magnitudes of the blood flow velocities to the respective regions of the hepatic artery, and a synthetic part 6 synthesizes the volume data and the color volume data.
