A balloon trocar includes a housing and a cannula assembly. The housingincludes aninflation port. The housing defines a cavity configured to receive a sealtherein. The cannulaassembly includes a tubular member extending from the housing, an inflatableballoon securedto the tubular member, and a pin. The tubular member defines a lumen, a fluidchannel, andan actuation channel. The lumen is in communication with the cavity of thehousing. Thelumen is configured to receive a surgical instrument therethrough. The fluidchannel providesfluid communication between the inflatable balloon and the inflation port. Theactuationchannel is configured to slidably receive the pin therein. The pin includes atip configured topierce the inflatable balloon to deflate the inflatable balloon.
