The blower includes a housing (12) with a fluid inlet (16) and a fluid outlet (24) which are connected to each other in a fluidic technic method. An operation unit (40) includes a fluid transfer unit which can be driven by an electric motor (28), particularly by an electronic commutation type electric motor. Operation fluid can be transferred to the fluid outlet (24) from the fluid inlet (16) through the fluid transfer unit. The operation unit (40) is a radial unit. The fluid transfer unit includes at least one radial wheel (38).
