PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing decellularized tissue, that has a less damage to the tissue.SOLUTION: When an animal-derived tissue is decellularized with surface-active agent, the damage to the tissue is large, however by cleaning with a cleaning fluid containing surface-active agent after applying a hydrostatic-pressure in a medium, a decellularized tissue with less damage can be produced. By this method, decellularized tissues with less damage can be produced, and in particular, a decellularized tissue with less damage of a large organ such as a heart, liver, kidney, lung, or the like which is difficult to be produced conventionally can be obtained.
