Described is a conditioned medium (CM) that can be obtained by culturing placental mesenchymal stem cells isolated from placental tissue of a pregnant woman not afflicted with pre-eclampsia in a liquid medium. The conditioned medium of the present invention contains at least IL-6, IL-10 and MCP-1 protein, and is effective for the treatment of preeclampsia.子癇前症に罹患していない妊娠女性の胎盤組織から単離された胎盤間充織幹細胞を、液体培地で培養することにより入手可能な馴化培地（ＣＭ）を記載する。本発明の馴化培地は、少なくともＩＬ－６、ＩＬ－１０およびＭＣＰ－１タンパク質を含み、子癇前症の治療所値に有効である。
