PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which, while admitting a high medical value of an apex cardiogram, only a special order item is available as an apparatus capable of simply perform measurement, and also high specialty is required to an operating personnel, and further the application does not make charm felt, and therefore the health decision with the apex cardiogram is hardly performed.SOLUTION: A beat detection sensor and a measuring instrument therewith are utilized and measurement results of an apex cardiogram are determined, which are available in the determination of a health care state of a measured living body, however the algorithm is imperfect, and therefore it is developed. Also, as for the application development, the development to wearable devices and sports goods is made possible, and thereby the problem is solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 心尖拍動図の医学的価値は高いと認められながら、簡便に測定できる装置が特注品きりなく、また、測定者にも高度な専門性が要求されていたため、さらに用途も魅力を感じさせなかったため、心尖拍動図による健康判断はほとんど行われていなかった。【解決手段】 拍動検出センサとそれを用いた測定器、ならびに心尖拍動図の測定結果を判定して被測定生体の健康管理状態の判定に利用できるアルゴリズムが不完全であったため、それを開発するとともに、用途開拓もウェアラブル装置、スポーツ用品などへの展開を可能にして課題を解決した。【選択図】 図11
