PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-electro-chemical cell that is able to improve the accuracy of CV measurement.SOLUTION: A photo-electro-chemical cell 1 comprises: a cell body 10 in the form of a bottomed cylinder; an active electrode 30 having a light transmission part 34; and a counter electrode 40 having a reaction part 43 that causes an electrode reaction with the light transmission part. The cell body has an accommodating recessed part 14 for accommodating the light transmission part and reaction part. The reaction part is located between an internal side face of the accommodating recessed part and the light transmission part, and between the internal bottom face of the accommodating recessed part and the light transmission part.
