The dry powder of discarded fishes and shellfishes comprises at least one selected from a dry powder of discarded freshwater fishes including discarded carps and trouts, a dry powder of discarded fishes cultivated in the ocean including discarded halibuts, discarded plaices, discarded sea bream species such as discarded Acanthopagrus schlegelii, discarded Pagrus major, and discarded Oplegnathus fasciatus, discarded Miichthys miiuy, discarded Seriola quinqueradiata, discarded Oncorhynchus keta, discarded Conger myriaster, discarded Larimichthys polyactis, discarded mackerel species, discarded Diodon, and discarded Sebastes inermis species, and a dry powder of shellfishes including discarded oysters, discarded mussels, discarded clams, discarded sea snails, and discarded Gastropoda. The extract soup of edible insects is prepared by heating, with steam at a temperature of 120°C, edible insects which include: 20 wt% of Tenebrio molitor； 15 wt% of larvae of Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis； 45 wt% of larvae of Allomyrina dichotoma； 10 wt% of Gryllus bimaculatus； and 10 wt% of silkworms, and pulverizing and mixing the heated edible insects. The dry powder of residential food wastes is prepared in a powder form having a 100 mesh particle size by dehydrating, drying, and grinding residential food wastes.
