The present invention provides a blood component collection cassette, a blood collection circuit set, and a blood component collection system that can be manufactured more efficiently and at a lower cost than conventional cassettes. A blood component collecting cassette 22 includes a cassette body 23 formed of a soft material to which heat sterilization can be applied. A blood return line 44 is formed in the cassette body 23. The blood return line 44 is provided with a reservoir 47 for temporarily storing blood components to be returned to the blood donor. The reservoir 47 is pressed by the blood return pump 49 to discharge blood components in the reservoir 47.
