PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition having improved stability between loxoprofen or a salt thereof, and another component.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by packaging the pharmaceutical composition containing the loxoprofen or a salt thereof, and a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein, X is a single bond or an oxygen atom； Y is a methine group or a nitrogen atom； Ris a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group or an alkyl group； Ris a cyclic amino group which may have a substituent, or an aminoalkyl group which may have a substituent； and Ris a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom) in a package enabling air-tight storage.
