PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomographic imaging device and the like which can improve noise removal in an image area for spectral computer tomography more than conventional.SOLUTION: An X-ray computer tomographic imaging device includes photographing means, calculation means, and image forming means. The photographing means uses X-rays different in energy and acquires a plurality of image data corresponding to a plurality of energies. The calculation means calculates a plurality of noise maps by removing noise by prescribed noise reduction processing from a plurality of basic images generated by using the plurality of image data and subtracting from the plurality of basic images a plurality of basic images with noise removed. The image formation means generates an object image with noise reduced by using the object image generated by using the plurality of basic images and the plurality of noise maps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】従来に比して、スペクトラルコンピュータ断層撮影のための画像領域におけるノイズ除去を向上することができるＸ線コンピュータ断層撮像装置等を提供すること。【解決手段】撮影手段、計算手段、画像生成手段を具備するＸ線コンピュータ断層撮像装置である。撮影手段は、エネルギーの異なるＸ線を用いて、複数のエネルギーに対応する複数の画像データを取得する。計算手段は、複数の画像データを用いて生成される複数の基本画像から所定のノイズ低減処理によってノイズ除去し、複数の基本画像からノイズ除去された複数の基本画像を引くことで、複数のノイズマップを計算する。画像生成手段は、複数の基本画像を用いて生成される対象画像と複数のノイズマップとを用いて、ノイズが低減された対象画像を生成する。【選択図】図５
