The present invention relates to a tool holder (100) intended to be coupled to a machine for carrying an accessory (300) and to operate at least one member of said accessory, comprising means (M2) for coupling with said accessory, the coupling means (M2) including a mechanical hitch capable of securing the attachment (300) to the tool holder (100) so that it can be carried thereon, a driving means (Mt) capable of to operate said body of the accessory. According to the invention, the drive means (Mt) comprises at least one motor (Mr) adapted to rotate a gear (Eg1) carried by said tool holder and adapted to cooperate with a gear (Eg2) of the accessory (300) at the end of the mechanical coupling by lifting the tool holder. The coupling with the accessory, so that the tool holder can operate, is thus obtained during the simple movement of lifting the tool holder.
