PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe which is inserted into an endoscopic channel and has an imaging illuminator using an endoscopic camera, wherein the distances between a measurement system light-projecting/receiving section and an illumination light emitting section and respective targets can be independently adjusted.SOLUTION: A probe 1 includes a measurement system light-projecting/receiving section 23 for irradiating a measurement target part with an irradiation light of a measurement optical system and receiving the irradiation light from the measurement target part, and an illumination light emitting section 22 of an illumination means, which are arranged on the distal end extending from the front end of an endoscope 100.
