PURPOSE: A fried food dryer is provided to maintain crispiness by rapidly discharging oil contained in fried food that is fried by using frying oil in a frying tub. CONSTITUTION: A fried food dryer comprises a closure body(20), in which a blowhole(24) is formed at one side； a net body(30) that is disposed on the closure body, wherein fried food is to be contained in the net body； and a blower(40) that is combined to the blowhole formed at a side of the closure body and an electric motor, which generates fry drying wind for evaporating and drying oil contained in the fried food in the net body. An extension pipe(60) for inletting air from the outside is connected to an inhalation hole(46) formed at one side of the blower, and a filter(70) for removing dust and bad smell included in the air from the outside and for absorbing moisture is interposed between the inhalation hole and the extension pipe.본 발명은 튀김조에서 튀김유에 의해 튀겨진 튀김식품에 함유된 튀김유 성분(즉, 유분)을 신속하게 증발시켜 바삭한 느낌이 향상되도록 하기 위한 튀김식품 건조장치에 관한 것이다.바람직한 실시예에 따른 튀김식품 건조장치는 일측면에 송풍구가 형성된 함체와, 상기 함체 상에 거치되고 상기 튀김식품이 담겨지는 망체, 상기 함체의 측면에 형성된 송풍구에 결합되어 상기 망체에 담겨진 튀김식품에 함유된 유분(油分)을 증발건조시키기 위한 튀김건조풍을 발생하는 전동모터가 구비된 송풍기를 포함하게 된다.또, 유리하게 상기 송풍기의 일측에 형성되는 흡기구에는 실외의 공기를 유입하는 연장관이 연결될 수 있다.
