PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize as much as possible replacement of a whole diaper that is caused by feces.SOLUTION: A diaper has: a bag body P capable of mounting a bag mouth 9 on a skin surface surrounding an anus Ma of a wearer M while receiving feces without leakage with an adhesion part 10 included in the bag mouth 9 and a diaper body D having a receiving space 1 of the bag body P between a diaper outer surface 2 and a diaper inner surface 3, and including a taking in-and-out opening part 5 of the bag body P in communication with the receiving space 1 on a portion being the diaper inner surface 3 and arranged almost at the lower part of the crotch of the diaper wearer M.
