The present invention relates to an inner surface structure of a dry sauna using a plane heating element, in which a plane heating element is installed on the inner surface of a dry sauna such as the ceiling, floor, wall or the like, so as to minimize the thickness of the inner surface, while providing a beneficial effect to a user body by a far-infrared ray radiated from the plane heating element. The inner surface structure of a dry sauna using the plane heating element according to the present invention comprises: a thermal insulation layer formed on the inner surface which is on the inside of the outer wall surface of a dry sauna； the plane heating element arranged on the thermal insulation layer, and having a heating function and a far-infrared ray emitting function； a finish material formed on the plane heating element； and a temperature controller setting and controlling the heating temperature of the plane heating element.본 발명은 천장, 바닥 및 벽면 등의 찜질방 내부면에 면상발열체를 설치하여 내부면의 두께를 최소화하면서도 면상발열체에서 복사하는 원적외선의 작용에 의해 사용자 신체에 유익한 효과를 볼 수 있도록 하는 면상발열체를 이용한 찜질방 내부면 구조체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 면상발열체를 이용한 찜질방 내부면 구조체는 찜질방 외벽면의 내부인 내부면으로 구비되는 단열층과, 상기 단열층 상으로 배치되어 발열기능 및 원적외선 방출기능을 수행하는 면상발열체와, 상기 면상발열체 상으로 형성되는 마감재와, 상기 면상발열체의 발열 온도를 설정하고 제어하는 온도조절기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
