PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device for a scalp and a skin capable of applying appropriate stimulation to not only a scalp but also to a face skin without tiring hands.SOLUTION: A massage device for a scalp and a skin includes a grip 10 that a user can grip with one hand, a massage part 11 provided at the tip of the grip in which an opening is formed on the underside, a plurality of sliders incorporated in the massage part so as to be slidable in a longitudinal direction facing the opening of the massage part, a drive motor incorporated in the grip, and slide means that coordinates the drive motor and the sliders, and causes the sliders to make a reciprocal operation by an operation of the drive motor.
