High content but high mechanical properties has the effect of producing a hydrogel tube suitable for use as artificial blood vessels.본 발명의 일 실시예는 하이드로 젤 코어를 제작하고 이를 금속 이온을 포함하는 수용액에 침지하여 상기 금속 이온을 상기 하이드로 젤 코어에 흡수시키는 단계； 바이오 폴리머 수용액에 상기 금속 이온이 흡수된 하이드로 젤 코어를 침지하여 상기 금속 이온을 방출시키는 단계； 상기 방출된 금속 이온과 상기 바이오 폴리머가 결합하여 상기 하이드로 젤 코어 주위에 하이드로 젤 튜브를 형성하는 단계； 및 상기 형성된 하이드로 젤 튜브로부터 상기 하이드로 젤 코어를 분리하고, 상기 하이드로 젤 튜브를 상기 금속 이온을 포함하는 수용액에 다시 침지하여 안정화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이드로 젤 튜브 제조방법을 제공하여 물의 함유량이 많으면서도 높은 기계적 특성을 가져 인공혈관으로 사용하기 적합한 하이드로 젤 튜브를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
