A 3D oral scanner using an omnidirectional optical system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first unit in which a part or the whole is inserted into an oral cavity； a second unit formed on one side of the first unit； an omnidirectional optical system provided at a part of the first unit； and a photographing unit installed in the first or second unit for detecting light received from the omnidirectional optical system to generate an image of the oral cavity. The omnidirectional optical system can enhance the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전방위광학계를 이용한 3D 구강스캐너는, 일부 또는 전부가 구강에 삽입되는 제1 부와 상기 제1 부의 일측에 형성되는 제2 부와 상기 제1 부의 일부에 설치되는 전방위광학계 및상기 제1 부 또는 상기 제2 부에 설치되어 상기 전방위광학계로부터 수신되는 광을 검출하여 상기 구강의 영상을 생성하는 촬영부를 포함하는 전방위광학계를이용한 3D 구강스캐너를 제공할 수 있다.
