A tandem modular endograft includes a main elongate tubular graft body having at least one circumferential inflatable channel disposed towards a proximal portion of the graft body wall and a plurality of circumferential inflatable channels disposed towards a distal portion of the graft body wall. A proximal expansion anchor is disposed at or secured to a proximal neck portion of the graft body wall. First and second elongate tubular stent-graft extensions may be percutaneously disposed into a distal end of the tubular graft body. In combination, proximal portions of the first and second stent-graft extensions are conformable to a shape of the open lumen of the main graft body.Linvention concerne une endogreffe modulaire en tandem comprenant un corps-greffon tubulaire allongé principal comportant au moins un canal circulaire gonflable disposé en direction dune partie proximale de la paroi du corps-greffon et plusieurs canaux circulaires gonflables disposés en direction dune portion distale de la paroi du corps-greffon. Un ancrage dexpansion proximal est disposé ou fixé au niveau dun col proximal de la paroi du corps-greffon. La première et la seconde extension de greffon-endoprothèse tubulaire allongé peuvent être placées par voie percutanée dans lextrémité distale du corps-greffon tubulaire. Une fois combinées, les parties proximales de la première et la seconde extension de greffon-endoprothèse peuvent se conformer à la lumière ouverte du corps-greffon principal.
