PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle cover which can prevent dispersion of a medicament adhering to a needle during the withdrawing of the needle from a lid body of a medicine container in suctioning the medicament from the medicine container by using a syringe, and to provide a needle assembly and a syringe with the needle.SOLUTION: A needle cover in this invention is used in suctioning a medicament housed in a medicine container by penetrating a lid body with a needle while using a syringe on which a needle unit having the needle with a needle hole is mounted with respect to the medicine container having an opening part directly or indirectly closed by the lid body.
