Disclosed is a mushroom culturing system including a culture chamber and a boiler chamber. According to the present invention, the culture chamber includes: at least one placement bar including a plurality of racks； at least one thermo-hygrostat installed in an upper space of the placement bar； a heating pipe installed on the placement bar； and a carbon dioxide emitting pipe installed in the lower part of the placement bar, and including an emitting fan installed at an end extended to the outside of the culture chamber. The boiler chamber includes: a hot water tank connected to the heating pipe； a boiler heating water stored in the hot water tank； and a control part controlling the operation of at least one among the boiler, the thermo-hygrostat, and the emitting fan by using measured values of a CO2 sensor and a temperature and humidity sensor installed in the culture chamber. According to the present invention, since the temperature and humidity of the culture chamber are conveniently controlled through the thermo-hygrostat and the boiler to culture mushrooms in an optimal growth condition, the present invention is capable of improving the flavor and taste of the mushrooms and increasing productivity, while considerably improving working convenience.
