This invention is to provide an energy-saving type collecting method for aquatic fertilized eggs and plankton larvae and system thereof, the method comprising the following steps: hanging one end of a net body having mesh size capable of intercepting aquatic fertilized eggs of larvae to expose to a flow field communicating a water inlet disposed to one end of the net body to a water flow flowing into the flow field and taking out the net body to hang on a frame and removing a container disposed to the other end of the net body to take out the contents in the container. The hanging end of the net body has the water inlet, and the other end thereof has a collection port which is connected and communicated with the container.
