The present invention relates to medical treatment, more particularly surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction using a minimally invasive (endoscopic) method. The present invention offers the possibility of surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction along the entire length of the intestine by stenting. The technical results achieved by the first and second subject matter of the present invention allow the stent to be placed in the intestinal obstruction position in a manner that allows for further movement of the stent during positioning or removal and avoids damage to the intestine as a result of surgical manipulation. Thereby providing a full surgical treatment of bowel obstruction of the small and large intestine. The above technical object is achieved by the first subject matter of the present invention, namely the method as follows. Surgical treatment methods for intestinal obstruction of the small and large intestine include moving the endoscope across the entire length of the small and large intestine and delivering an inflatable balloon and a stent system to the obstructed part of the intestine. After the inflation balloon and stent system is delivered to the obstruction portion of the intestine, the inflation balloon is installed in the intestinal obstruction position and the normal intestine portion is recovered by inflating the inflation balloon. The volume of the inflatable balloon is then reduced, the balloon retracts to the endoscope and the stent is installed in the intestinal obstruction position. Movement of the inflatable balloon and the stent is controlled using a hydraulic piston device.
