The present invention relates to a food drier having sterilization and fermentation functions. The food drier of the present invention comprises a drying chamber in which multiple trays are placed at a predetermined vertical interval a hot wind generator having a heater generating heat, and a blower enabling the heat generated from the heater to become hot wind and to be supplied to the drying chamber an opening/closing door capable of opening or closing the drying chamber so as to input or take out drying objects from the drying chamber a hydroxyl radical generator generating hydroxyl radicals having the sterilizing power so that the hot wind supplied by the blower contains hydroxyl radicals to become the hot wind having the sterilizing power and a humidifier capable of supplying moisture to the drying chamber. The dryer of the present invention is able to dry drying objects by supplying hot wind to the drying chamber, and to perform hygienic drying by generating hydroxyl radicals with the sterilizing power to be included in the hot wind, and, therefore, preventing the drying objects from being contaminated by bacteria.
