PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding machine equipped with a sowing apparatus for sowing a plurality of seeds in the center of each cell of a seedling raising pot placed on a tray conveyed by a conveying apparatus. SOLUTION: In the seeding machine equipped with the conveying apparatus 2 for conveying the seedling raising pot 10 placed on the tray 11 and the sowing apparatus 6 synchronized with the conveying apparatus 2, driven and sowing seeds in the seedling raising pot, seeding holes 31a are arranged in conformity to the cell positions of the seedling raising pot 10 on the outer peripheral surface of a seeding roll attached to the sowing apparatus 6 and a plurality of seeds are arranged in the diameter direction and packed to the seeding holes 31a.
