A manual variable stiffness device comprises a variable stiffness unit having changeable stiffness, and an operation unit connected to the variable stiffness unit and being operated according to changed stiffness of the variable stiffness unit, wherein the variable stiffness unit includes a variable frame portion and a variable stiffness portion. The variable frame portion includes a pin frame having a pin portion and the variable stiffness portion includes a control frame fixed to the pin portion of the pin frame, and an elastic portion connected to the control frame and having the stiffness changing according to a fixed position of the control frame.
