PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error of a physical property value resulting from refraction of an ultrasonic wave, and calculate the physical property value accurately.SOLUTION: Reception data is received, which is output by each ultrasonic element constituting an ultrasonic element array that has received a transmission wave of an ultrasonic wave transmitting through a subject. At least one region is set to the subject.
