PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load detector that is capable of easily performing calibration.SOLUTION: A load detector 100a for detecting a load due to a subject on a bed comprises: a strain body comprising a free end； a support part for supporting the strain body； a mounting part 3 which is coupled to the free end of the strain body and on which the bed is mounted； a deformation sensor which is attached to the strain body； and a calibration unit 4 for calibrating the load detector.
