PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch preparation excellent in storage stability of contained drug, containing at least one kind of ibuprofen, ketoprofen, suprofen, loxoprofen sodium, fenoprofen, flurbiprofen, diclofenac sodium or piroxicam which are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents belonging to phenylpropionic acid-based agents.SOLUTION: This method for producing the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory patch preparation is provided by dissolving at least one kind selected from ibuprofen, ketoprofen, suprofen, loxoprofen sodium, fenoprofen, flurbiprofen, diclofenac sodium or piroxicam which is the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent belonging to the phenylpropionic acid-based agents, in polyethylene glycol and then uniformly dispersing the same in an adhesive base agent.
