A system to assist in the assessment of neurological status and to assist in the conduct of neurological rehabilitation, in particular cognitive and/or linguistic functions, consisting of a memory-supplied computing unit (JO),screen (E),Eye lights (OC) and cameras (K). It is characterised by the fact that the unit of calculation (JO) is integrated with the screen (E) equipped with the touch panel (PD),and the camera (K) is a light sensitive infrared camera which is integrated with at least two light sources (OC),operating in the infrared range, except that the optical (OC) lamps are integrated symmetrically and one-axially on both sides of the camera in the form of a movable socket (P),favourably movable at the angle of elevation (?) to the screen plane (E),combined with the unit of calculation (JO) via the screen (E).Układ do wspomagania oceny stanu neurologicznego i wspomagania prowadzenia rehabilitacji neurologicznej, zwłaszcza funkcji poznawczych i/lub językowych, składający się z jednostki obliczeniowej (JO) zaopatrzonej w pamięć, ekranu (E), oświetlaczy oczu (OC) oraz kamery (K). Charakteryzuje się tym, że jednostka obliczeniowa (JO) zintegrowana jest z ekranem (E) wyposażonym w panel dotykowy (PD), zaś kamerę (K) stanowi kamera wrażliwa na światło w zakresie podczerwieni, która zintegrowana jest z co najmniej dwoma oświetlaczami oczu (OC), działającymi w zakresie podczerwieni, z tym że oświetlacze oczu (OC) zintegrowane są symetrycznie i jednoosiowo po obu stronach kamery w formie ruchomej przystawki (P), korzystnie ruchomej w zakresie kąta elewacji (?) wobec płaszczyzny ekranu (E), połączonej z jednostką obliczeniową (JO) poprzez ekran (E).
