The present invention relates to an implant assembly, and more specifically, to an implant assembly which integrates a healing abutment and an impression coping. According to the present invention, the implant assembly comprises a screw, a connecting unit and a coping unit for obtaining impressions after implanting an implant fixing body. The screw has a screw thread in an outer circumferential surface in a lower part thereof in order to be coupled to the implant fixing body. The connecting unit is formed to be tapered so as to have the diameter getting smaller toward a lower part thereof, and is coupled to an upper part of the screw. The coping unit has a body and an undercut to be bent for reducing interference inside the mouth. One end of the body is detachably coupled to an upper part of the connecting unit. The undercut is formed as a multi-stage in an outer circumferential surface of the body in order to fix the body to an impression body. In addition, in the implant assembly, the coping unit is made of plastic materials. Since the healing abutment and the impression coping are integrated, the present invention is able to simplify an implant operation.
