To provide an apparatus and a method of measuring a biological impedance for measuring body fat of a head part, a torso and four limbs of a human body quickly and easily.
SOLUTION: In the apparatus of measuring a biological impedance which includes a measuring device, an input device, and an output device and the measuring device includes a CPU and has an evaluation plate form and a module database which are formed to mutually communicate. The module database is measurement results of the respective subjects and includes data of composition components of four limbs, data of composition components of the head part and the torso, an analysis proportion of each evaluation and parameters. The CPU is connected to communicate with the input device and the output device. The input device is used for inputting basic information of the subjects. The evaluation plate form combines the basic information which has been inputted with numerical values of the composition components of four limbs of the subject, selects the corresponding module and generates respective evaluations for four limbs.
