The present invention relates to a strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D-A12 (KACC 92144P) having a growth inhibiting activity regarding fungi of the genus Fusarium and various plant pathogens, and a method for inhibiting growth of harmful fungi or harmful bacteria on agricultural products by using the strain. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D-A12 (KACC 92144P) strain of the present invention and a composition for inhibiting harmful fungi or harmful bacteria containing the same are remarkably excellent in inhibiting the growth of fungi of the genus Fusarium or various plant pathogens.본 발명은 후자리움(Fusarium) 속 진균 및 다양한 식물병원균에 대한 생장 억제 활성을 가진 바실러스 아밀로리쿼페이션스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) D-A12 (KACC 92144P) 균주 및 이러한 균주를 이용하여 농산물 등에서 유해 진균 또는 유해 세균의 생장을 억제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바실러스 아밀로리쿼페이션스 D-A12 (KACC 92144P) 균주 및 이를 포함하는 유해 진균 또는 유해 세균 억제용 조성물은 후자리움 속 진균 또는 다양한 식물병원균에 대한 생장 억제 효과가 현저하게 우수하다.
