The present disclosure illustrates a osteotome for treating hard tissue. The osteotome embodiments described herein include a shaft having a working end configured to move hard tissue and a lumen for delivering material through the shaft. The working end can form a path by selectively transitioning from a straight line to a non-linear structure.
