PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mushroom cultivation methods which can efficiently utilize the space of a cultivation room and can secure generation of excellent mushrooms.SOLUTION: The mushroom cultivation method of the present invention uses a cultivation container 1 comprising: a container body 2 which can be filled up with a culture medium 3 a polymethylpentene film body 4 having extensity, oxygen permeability, and translucency and fixing means 5. The method is configured to comprise: a hypha culture early step of spreading an inoculated hypha on a medium under a film body having extensity, oxygen permeability, and translucency and a hypha culture later step of promoting primordium formation, when primordium formation is started by the spread of the hypha and the medium is risen up by formation of mycelial pellet, without interfering with increase in amount of mycelium by allowing a polymethylpentene film body having extensity to follow the rising.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 栽培室空間を効率良く活用でき、且つ、良好なキノコの発生が確保できるキノコの栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明キノコの栽培方法は、培地3が充填可能な容器本体2と、展伸性、酸素透過性及び透光性を備えたポリメチルペンテン性フィルム体4と、固着手段5とを備えた栽培容器1を用いる。展伸性、酸素透過性、透光性のフィルム体の下で、接種した菌糸を培地に蔓延させる菌糸培養前期工程と、菌糸蔓延によって原基形成が開始され、且つ、菌糸塊の形成により培地が隆起する場合に、その隆起に展伸性のポリメチルペンテン性フィルム体が追随し、菌糸体量の増加を妨害することなく原基形成を促す菌糸培養後期工程を含んで構成される。【選択図】 図1
