The body has a frustoconical profile, a length defined between a first end and a second end, and an aperture extending through the entirety of the length. The aperture defines a sidewall having a thickness spanning between an outer surface and an inner surface of the body. The at least one leg has a frustoconical profile, and a first and second end. The at least one leg is coupled to and extends away from the body such that the first end of the at least one leg is disposed between the first and second ends of the body.
